About the Event

Hear Me Now is a student-led benefit concert in support of Oregon YouthLine — a program that’s more than a crisis line. It’s a lifeline built by teens, for teens.
YouthLine is the only program in Oregon that trains high school students ages 15 and up to provide peer-to-peer support for youth in emotional crisis. These student volunteers complete over 65 hours of intensive training before they begin answering calls, texts, and chats from young people across the country. They listen without judgment, offer support, and help their peers navigate moments of deep distress — from anxiety and depression to relationship struggles and suicidal thoughts.
As fellow high schoolers, we see their courage and compassion. We know what it means to feel overwhelmed, and we believe in the power of being heard by someone who truly understands. That’s why we’re coming together, through music, to help keep this life-saving program running.
Hear Me Now is more than…
